Delete Your Macropass Account

You can permanently delete your Macropass account from inside the app:

1. Open You. 2. Tap Account. 3. Tap Delete account. 4. Review the consequences and confirm deletion.

Deletion removes your Macropass account, meal diary, weigh-ins, goals, connected assistant grants, sign-in methods, and server-held media. It also queues deletion of the account's product-analytics records. Data already written to Apple Health or Health Connect, or saved to your device's photo library, remains under your device controls and must be removed from those apps separately.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that subscription separately in the store account that purchased it.

If you cannot access the app, email support@macropass.app from the address linked to your account. We will verify the request before deleting account data.
